Tiago founded Rapid Hose in 2013 after becoming discouraged at the status quo of the onsite hydraulic hose industry. After a particularly frustrating day, Tiago called his wife Kerri and stated he was “going to quit his job as an onsite field technician and start his own onsite hydraulic hose replacement company.” One year later, he started operating the first Rapid Hose van out of their garage with a used truck. As he continued to expand the business, Tiago has always been focused on a better and more innovative way to solve a problem. He continues to grow the company with a focus on innovation and technology. He is especially adept at inventory management, van optimization and technology to support the company and help its customers.

Kerri’s background includes over a decade of design, project management, marketing and business development experience with one of the largest landscape architectural design firms in the United States. As Tiago continued to expand and innovate at Rapid Hose, Kerri left her job in at the design firm in 2021 to further support the growth of Rapid Hose. Kerri's creative approach to design, marketing and brand management guides Rapid Hose with a unique perspective.
